A Carlifonia man has been sentenced to 10 days in jail after he neglected his nine-month-old daughter for a quick lap dance.
According to the Daily Mail UK, a waitress discovered a crying baby around 2pm sweating in a car with the windows cracked. Once others noticed, they assisted the waitress in trying to use the cracked window to unlock the door.
Soon after, Matthew Nadeau, the assistant manager of Synn Gentlemen’s club of North Hills interupted the father’s lap dance to inform him of his daughter, shortly before notifying the authorities.
Auwin Dargin reportedly asked the manager to give him his baby, acknowledging that he’s “messing up,” after being upset because his dance was interrupted.
The 26-year-old pleaded no contest to a felony charge of child abuse in Los Angeles Country Court on Wednesday. The judge offered him to complete 52 weeks of parenting classes and 45 days of Caltrans service, plus a five-year probation sentence.
