Threee Texas brothers from White Settlement, have been arrested in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Xavier Olesko.
Although the shooter has yet to be identified, 17-year-old Kyle Garrison, 18-year-old Tyee Garrison, and 23-year-old Sean Garrison are being charged with capital murder after Olesko was found shot to death in a front yard.
According to police, 18-year old Olesko was living with friends in the 8100 block of Tumbleweed Trail and was headed to meet someone when he was shot. They alleged that the Garrison brothers had planned to rob Olesko, but an exchange happened which resulted in him being killed.
Witnesses say that they heard a gun shot and ran to the front yard where they found Olesko. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Each of the three brothers are being held on a $200,000 bond at the White Settlement Police Department jail where they await their arraignment for the Capital Murder charge.
Brothers Sean and Tyee have been in trouble with the law before, including injury to a child and assault causing bodily injury charges.
Via Star-Telegram:
Sean Garrison was indicted in July on a charge of injury to a child in Fort Worth. He is accused of injuring a girl younger than 15 in March, according to Tarrant County court records.
The indictment says Garrison injured the girl by pushing her against a hard object or surface, striking her and/or biting her.
Garrison was arrested in that case in May and was released from jail on $5,000 bond. The case is pending.
Tyee Garrison was convicted twice in 2016 of assault causing bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor, according to court records. Both incidents happened in Watauga.
We offer our deepest condolences to the Olesko family….!
