Adrian Peterson has been arrested while going out of Los Angeles, for domestic violence. He will be in jail for the rest of the weekend.
According to TMZ news, Adrian Peterson and Ashley his wife, had a verbal argument on a flight, this made them remove Adrian from the plane.
Gist has it that Adrian is due to be released from custody soon. However, law enforcement says Adrian was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence on Sunday at LAX.
They said this happened after airport police got a call at about 8:30 AM over a disturbance on an aircraft leaving LAX and attempting to take off en route to Houston.
Report has it that the plane actually had to turn around and link up with the gate again after an apparent verbal and physical altercation between Adrian and his wife.
After investigation and making required notifications to the FBI, Adrian Peterson was taken into custody as his wife was seen to have sustained a small mark from whatever happened. After her husband was hauled off the plane, report has it that the flight was able to depart as planned which included Ashley.
Adrian and his wife were in town the night prior, attending a Super Bowl event put on by DIRECTV.
We believe this is a private misunderstanding between husband and wife and we anticipate it will all be resolved shortly.
