#BirthdayBehavior Another August 15 Full Of Love And Happiness

So yesterday, 15th August 2016 was my birthday. Anyone that knows me to a point knows I am a freak for birthdays, there is just this thing that gets me when my birthday or my closed ones birthdays are around the corner. The joy, the love, the happiness that comes with celebrating birthdays always almost get the best of me. The fact that God has given us life and we got to where we are now is a miracle that shouldn’t be taken for granted. Yes, sometimes I feel like I should have done more, then I consciously remember how many people wish to be me and be where I am now, and all I can do is thank God for his mercies. So I am always thankful.

I guess my Mom should be thanked for this, because she didn’t joke with birthdays when we were younger and birthdays were the day we would be treated special, no house work, we will just keep ‘princessing’ and ‘princeing’ around the house, lol.

So for this birthday, I didn’t want a party per se, because last year, I spent the day planned for my birthday party at the hospital. So this year, I decided it would be different, just me, my family, intimate ones and my colleagues at work. Oh but my ‘vain’ self couldn’t resist doing a photoshoot, I mean a birthday is a milestone, if you do not celebrate yourself no one will celebrate you.

Contacted Chinedu of Nedum Photography and he gave me the best pictures ever, and the whole setting was just perfect. My day went awesome, love filled and I couldn’t have asked for better.
