Devall Black and Kenneth Daniel, Kills a Man in Detriot

Devall Black Jr., 28, and Kenneth Cecil Daniel, 30 has been held on a $1 million bond, cash/surety. That is if they ever get released.

They are being charged for the murder of a man whose body was discovered by the police in the doorway of a building on Greenfield Road over on the city’s west side.

According to officer’s report, Detroit police got a call around 11:34 PM last month on a Thursday (February 24th, 2022), where they eventually discovered 52 year old Albert Williams who was suffering from gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead on the scene.

According to the authorities, they believed, Albert Williams had gotten into a verbal argument with Delron Devall Black Jr., and Kenneth Cecil Daniel, both of Detroit. And at some point, the argument escalated.

Devall Black fired a handgun, fatally injuring Albert Williams.

In their report, Black and Daniel are also being accused of  robbing Williams before fleeing the scene. Black is being charged with felony murder, armed robbery, felon in possession of a firearm and three felony firearm violations. On the other hand, Daniel is being charged with felony murder and armed robbery.”

Now the both of them will be required to wear a GPS tether. As they plan ahead of their  a probable cause conference which is set for March 10 and a preliminary examination a week later on March 17.
