Phaedra Park’s divorce decree was thrown out by a jugde because it was been tagged as ‘unfair’ to Apollo Nida. Phaedra announced to Pirsha Williams that her divorce to Apollo was finalized meanwhile, the judge had tossed out the divorce decree.
The judge said Phaedra “intentionally misspelt the parties name.”
The judge also said he was troubled that “Apollo was given the impression that he would attend future divorce hearings from prison which was always out of the question.”
Finally, the judge stated that: “Apollo was not served details of the final hearings, neither was he served with documents that the divorce was final.”
