A fan has slammed American rapper, Travis Scott with a lawsuit after falling off a balcony at the rapper’s Birds Eye View tour stop in NYC back in April. According to reports, the fan named Kyle Green, filed the suit against Scott and the concert venue after the fall left him paralyzed on one side of his body with a fractured back, ankle and a broken left wrist.
In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the 23 year old has accused the two parties of causing “severe personal injuries resulting in extreme pain and suffering, loss of earnings, emotional distress, and medical expenses.” According to Green, Scott encouraged the crowd to “get rowdy,” prompting fans to jump from the platform. But, as the fans began to push and shove, Green was tossed over the railing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Green shared: “I fell and hit the floor. Before I knew it, I was surrounded by security guards, who scooped me up. Travis Scott was yelling at his security guards to bring me to the stage. They didn’t put a backboard or neck brace on me or anything, they just kinda lifted me up and pulled me around. Then they dropped me in front of the stage.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Green added that the venue should have known how the event would be, since Scott “had incited mayhem and chaos at prior events.”
