Rapper Kodak Black Indicted On Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges

New criminal charges against Kodak Black, the rapper was indicted on first-degree sexual conduct charges by a grand jury in South Carolina on Monday.

According to ABC affiliate WPDE, Kodak is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl back in February 2016 at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The assault allegedly happened after a show at the Treasure City nightclub. The teen first reported the incident to her school nurse in Richland County.

Kodak, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was arrested for criminal sexual conduct last November and was released from the Florence County Detention Center on December 1st on a $100,000 bond.
