Actress/singer Selena Gomez,took to Instagram to tell us of the struggle behind her smile.
Gomez, who seemed to be having an enviable summer holiday with her beau, The Weeknd, was actually going through one of the most trying times of her life during this period.
She revealed that she had a kidney transplant this summer to help her battle Lupus. For this reason, she hasn’t been able to promote her new music. She went on to reveal that it was her friend who donated the kidney.
