Snoop Dogg has be accused of sexual assault. He is currently facing lawsuit from a woman who claims he forced her to perform oral sex on him.
The rap legend has vehemently denied this claims. According to TMZ, the woman claimed the situation took place May 29, 2013.
So let me give you her full gist. She said she received a ride from Snoop Dogg’s close affiliate, Bishop “Magic” Don Juan, while she was departing Snoop’s show in Anaheim, California.
She went on to say that, she fell asleep in the car, and as opposed to waking up to a view of her residence, she woke up to Don Juan’s.
Gist has it that the woman demanded close to $10 million, suing both Snoop Dogg and Don Juan for unspecified damages, but her demand was denied.
The lawsuit states, “Plaintiff was exhausted and fell asleep at Bishop’s home”. When she awoke at 4 a.m. the next morning, Don Juan “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis in Plaintiff’s face,” and “repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth.”
The woman goes on to say that Don Juan gave her a dress to put on, so they could go to Snoop Dogg’s studio. “I want to see if he will make you the weather girl,” he said to her.
The woman says in the lawsuit that she’s a model and a dancer. She claimed that when they arrived at the studio, she had a stomach upset and went to the bathroom.
While in the process of defecation, she says Snoop Dogg enters, “standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.” She says she was then forced into performing oral sex.
Shortly after, she says Don Juan told her, “Come here! Take a picture with Snoop!” scared, she says she took the picture.
She also claimed Snoop Dogg did not hire her because she refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.
Snoop Dogg has denied this claim and has even posted a photo on his Instagram calling the woman a “gold digger.”
