Last October, rapper XXXTentaciom was charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness-tampering.
He denies the abuse claims and pled not guilty to the charges. If he is found guilty, he will serve a “minimum of 21 months and a max of 15 years in prison if convicted of aggravated battery. If he is found guilty of all other charges, he faces up to 30 years in total,” according to XXL.
The victim, who is his ex girlfriend, has medical record that substantially support the abuse claims. In addition, Pitchfork has obtained a 142-page deposition in which the alleged victim recounts details of the assault. It’s very graphic so please read with caution.
At one point during the deposition, the victim was asked to “pinpoint the days he threatened to kill you.” She responded, “Well, when we lived in Orlando, it was literally like every day.”
The document says that XXXTentacion met the woman at a concert and that he walked up to her l, grabbed her neck and then walked away. Later that night, he reportedly asked her to move in with him and she obliged. Two weeks later, is when the rapper began to abuse her in very disturbing ways.
XXXTentacion reportedly slapped the woman after complimenting another man on his jewelry and told her to pick between a “barbecue pitchfork” and a “barbecue cleaner.” He told her to undress because he planned to insert one into her vagina which he didn’t do.
Another act that the victim recounted was when she hummed along to a featured artist’s verse on one of XXXTentacion’s songs. They got into an argument and when they returned home, the rapper asked her “why I was singing his friend’s part of the song, if I like him, why do I like him, like do I ever look at his Twitter.”

Then, XXXTentacion head-butted her, punched her, stomped on her, and put her in the bathtub, where he continued hitting and kicking her. “He also wanted to cut out my tongue because I was singing the song,” she said.
She tried to run away down the street. He tackled her, causing her head to hit the pavement. She suffered black eyes, a lump on the back of her head, scratch marks, and bruises, including a large bruise on her ankle where he stomped her.
